Viewing agent location and assign tasks to agents
View the location of agents in your assignment group so you can assign agents to nearby tasks.
Before you begin
To gain full Workforce access, you must hold the 'wm_manager' role and actively manage a 'wm_work' assignment group. Without these roles, you don't have access to essential functionalities like viewing agent details.
Role required: wm_manager
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select Map from the View Controls list.
- Optional: View details about tasks or agents by clicking the related icons.
- To assign or reassign a work order task, open a task and add the agent you want to work on the task to the Assigned to field.
