Activate a questionnaire for Field Service Emergency Exposure Management

  • Activate questionnaire records and associate them with the Task Compliance Result table. You can then store the results of compliant and non-compliant agents and tasks.

    About this task

    Field Service Management provides the following types of questionnaires to record the compliance reports of agents during their field visits:
    • Pre-Work Check list questionnaire
    • Post-Work Check list questionnaire

    The agent receives these questionnaires through survey links. The agent must answer them before starting work on the task and before completing the task.

    By default, these questionnaires are deactivated. As an administrator, you can activate them. You can use the default questionnaires, modify them, or use them as examples to create new questions.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Administration > Questionnaire.
    2. Activate both the following questionnaires to use them as default.
      • In the Pre-Work Check list questionnaire, set the Active field to true.
      • In the Post-Work Check list questionnaire, set the Active field to true.
    3. Optional: Modify the questionnaire.
