    Schedule appointments directly from a touchpoint record to plan and track in-person or virtual customer engagements without switching tools. Appointments are linked to the originating touchpoint, making the scheduled engagement visible to everyone on the account team and preserving full interaction context. Use this when you need to confirm a site visit, arrange a product demo, or schedule any customer-facing engagement as part of a structured touchpoint.

    Hinweis:
    You can create appointments only after creating an opportunity task. For information on how to create an opportunity task from the Touchpoints module, see Create a related task from a touchpoint. Alternatively, you can create an opportunity task from the Opportunity module in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. For details, see Add opportunity tasks.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon .
    3. Navigate to Touchpoints > All Touchpoints.
    4. Open a touchpoint record that you want to work with.
    5. Select the Opportunity Tasks tab and then select an opportunity task.
    6. Navigate to the Appointments tab and select New.
    7. On the Create New Appointment form, fill in the fields.

    8. Select Save.

    Ergebnisse

    The appointment is scheduled and can be viewed from the touchpoint record's Appointments tab.
