    • View emails that have been linked to CRM records using the Microsoft Outlook add-in from the Staged Email [sys_email_staging] table for auditing or troubleshooting.

    Role required: staging_emails_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > User Mailboxes > Staged Emails.
    2. To view a record, select the Information icon and then select Open Record.

    Ergebnisse

    The associated email is displayed with additional information such as the target table and the UID. For more information about the fields, see Staged email table fields.
