Create a quote from an opportunity

    • Create a quote directly from an opportunity as a sales agent or with integrated roles.

    Vorbereitungen

    Ensure that you have captured and provided all the information for your opportunity, such as opportunity details, line items, competitors information and other details.

    Role required: sales_agent

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. From the List view , select Opportunity - All.
    3. Select the desired opportunity.
    4. Select Create Quote to create a new quote from the selected opportunity.
      If users with integrated roles create quotes then the channel partners and the related channel partners are copied to the newly created quotes. All the created quotes can be viewed on the Quotes tab. For details about integrated roles, see Integration with Sales Customer Relationship Management.
