    • Create characteristics and characteristic options so that you can define the product attributes and options for the product offerings that your customers can order from.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_prd_pm.product_catalog_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Product Catalog Management > Characteristics.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      For information about the field descriptions, see the Characteristics form fields section in Characteristics form fields.

    4. Save the form by right-clicking it.
      If you selected Choice in the Input Type field, the Characteristic Options related list appears.
    5. To create selectable options for the characteristic, click New.
    6. Enter your option, which is automatically associated to the characteristic that you created.
      For example, if you create a SIM card type characteristic, you then create the associated Nano, eSim, Micro, Mini, and Standard options.
    7. Click Submit.
    8. On the Characteristics form, click Update.
