Enable application monitoring

  • Enable application monitoring to gain insights into performance metrics, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal functionality, enhancing performance and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or failures.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the DEX Administration icon (The DEX Administration icon.).
    2. Select the Manage applications card.
      The list of monitored application appears.
    3. Select the check box adjacent to the application name you wish to disable.
    4. Select the Actions drop-down list.
    5. Select Turn on monitoring.
      The monitoring of the application is enabled.
