    Key Features

    • All Applications View: Offers two tabs—Overview and Events. The Overview tab shows aggregate usage metrics (Active users, Sessions, Average session duration) across all tracked applications within a specified time frame. The Events tab lists filtered user interactions across enabled applications.
    • Individual Application View: Provides in-depth insights via two main menus:
      • Analysis Modules:
        • Retention: Visualizes new user retention rates and visit intervals.
        • Cohort Analysis: Enables creation and analysis of user groups based on shared traits or behaviors to track sequences of actions and return frequency.
        • Conversion Funnel: Helps analyze user task completion rates by visualizing progression through defined steps, including conversion rates and average times.
        • Navigation Paths: Illustrates common user journeys through the application, identifying popular and less-traveled paths.
      • Data Foundation Modules:
        • Users: Lists users with filtering, drill-down, and export options.
        • Sessions: Visualizes session counts, trends, breakdowns, and provides session-level details.
        • Events: Displays configured events (e.g., page navigation, menu selections) with filtering and export capabilities.
        • Pages: Lists visited pages with filtering and detailed exploration.
    • Filters and Navigation: Users can apply default filters such as Date Range, User Type, and Location, and add more filters to refine data views. The UI includes an Applications list to switch between all applications or individual applications, as well as quick access to overview and detailed analysis modules.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Metrics available include total active users, sessions, average screens per session, session duration, new vs. returning users, app version adoption, session duration distribution, and hourly usage patterns. These KPIs help quantify user engagement and adoption trends.
