Identify an impacted asset

  • Identify an impacted asset that needs to be replaced or recalled.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Recall Management > My Campaigns > Impacted asset.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. impacted asset form
      Fields Description
      Recall campaign Name of the recall campaign.
      Recall campaign phase Recall campaign phase that you want to recall.
      Repair claim case Repair claim case number.
      Asset Asset that you want to recall.
      Install base Install base item.
    4. Select Save.
