Set up Field Service Management to use dynamic scheduling
Select dynamic scheduling to automatically schedule and dispatch work order tasks.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Click the Assignment tab.
- In the Assignment method for tasks field, select using dynamic scheduling.
- Click Save.
Result
Field Service Management will consider dynamic scheduling as the task assignment method.
