    • Address platform health findings from the Health Assessment Dashboard.

    Before you begin

    Role required: impact_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Impact > Platform Health > Diagnose > Health Assessment.
      The Scorecard tab is also available and may be hidden by your Impact Squad, upon request.
    2. Select to view the assessment by list view or summary view.

      Shows the Health Assessment summary view per product and category of findings with actionable hyperlinks.

      Select a link to the findings to access the instance and directly address the issues.

    3. Filter the findings by new, rating, or by category.

      Shows the filter options.
