    • Refreshing Dispatcher Workspace reloads resources, work shifts, personal events and work order tasks that are shown on calendar.

    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    About this task

    Refreshing Dispatcher Workspace also reset the expanded groups or territories to load only the number of resources configured to load. This is defined in the system property calendar_resources_page_size.

    Reloading Dispatcher Workspace is important if you want to get latest data without having auto refresh enabled.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. Select the Refresh icon (refresh).
      Dispatcher Workspace reloads.
