Enable or disable the appointment booking feature for an application as well as for
services within the application that are provided to customers.

Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the desired application level configuration.
- To configure the appointment booking feature for work orders, select Field Service Order Configuration
- To configure appointment booking for work order tasks, select Field Service Task Configuration
Note: You can configure either both or single configuration based on your requirement.

Enable or disable the Active check box.

In the Appointment Booking Service Configuration related list, click the name
of a service.
This action opens the Appointment Booking Service Configuration form for
the selected service.

Set the Active field to true.

Click Update.
