Add a time card to log your work time
Create time cards to log your work time through the ServiceNow Agent mobile app.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_agent
Procedure
- Open the Now Mobile Agent application.
- Tap the Time Sheets tab and open a time sheet.
- Tap the top-right menu for more options.

Add task-related or non-task related time cards.
Time card type Action Copy from previous time sheet Tap Copy from a previous time sheet. Add assigned task - Tap Add assigned task.
- Select or search for the task that you want to add.
- Tap Add.
Add unassigned task - Select or search for the task that you want to add.
- Tap Add.
Add from category - Select the category you want to add.
- Tap Add.
- Log time in the time card by tapping a task on the time sheet and entering the hours worked for applicable days.
- Tap Submit time sheet.
