  • Usage Insights helps you understand usage and adoption of your mobile applications. Usage Insights was formally called Mobile Analytics.

    This video shows you how to analyze the user experience within your applications using Usage Insights.

    The ServiceNow® Usage Insights application provides dashboard views for monitoring key performance indicators of users of your web and mobile applications built with the ServiceNow mobile platform and web assets in Service Portal instances. Visualize metrics and interactions to better understand the user experience, and create more intuitive journeys for your users.

    There are two mobile applications with the primary difference being the personas they serve.
    Now Mobile
    Includes workflows for  ITSM, HR, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, LSD, and Safe Workplace  customers.

    Focuses on the general employee or requester persona and allows users to work with requests, find information or people across the organization, and interact with Virtual Agent.

    Mobile Agent
    Includes workflows for  ITSM, FSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, LSD, and Procurement  customers.

    Mobile Agent focuses on the fulfiller or agent persona.
