Using consumer criteria associated with record producers and other configurations, Service Exchange automatically generates the entitlement records that are replicated to eligible consumer instances.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. In the Consumer Criteria related table, select New.
2. In the Condition field, select the Lookup using list icon, and then either select an existing condition or create a new condition.

   Option	Action
   Select existing condition	From the list, select an existing condition.
   Create a new condition	In the Entity Criteria popup, select New. On the Consumer criteria new record form, fill in the fields. For a description of the field values, see Consumer criteria new record form. Select Submit. From the criteria list, select your criteria.
