    Before you begin

    Roles required: sn_rtl_cs_cmplnt.agent, sn_rtl_cs_cmplnt.agent_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Lists > Retail Customer Complaints > All.
    2. Select the case using case number to track the case.
