Feedback summarization

  • Summarize the details of the feedback from your customers by using the feedback summarization that is generated by Now Assist. By reading a feedback summary, your product managers can get enough details to improve the product features, usability, and performance of your product.

    Overview

    The Now Assist for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) application includes the skills and features of generative AI that enable product managers to generate a summary from the customer feedback. Your product managers can generate a summary from the name and description of a feedback record so that they can quickly understand the feedback context. With feedback summarization, your product managers can eliminate the need to analyze feedback manually.

    Note:
    Now LLM Service is the default provider for feedback summarization Now Assist skill. You can also choose the Azure OpenAI AI provider. For more information, see Configuring Generative AI Controller.

    In the following example, Now Assist generated a feedback summarization in Now Assist for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

    Now Assist can generate a summary from the feedback only if the feedback has at least 60 words in the fields that are used for the input data. The 60-word minimum optimizes the experience by ensuring that there’s enough information to make a summary.
