Create a SAP Concur webhook registry

    • Create a webhook registry to be notified whenever a trip is either created or modified in SAP Concur.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sys_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Environmental, Social, and Governance > SAP Concur > Webhook Registry.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Name Name of the registry. For example, ESG integration.
      Path This field is automatically set.
      Token Select a token.
    4. Right click the form header and select Save.
    5. Select Callback URL.
    6. Copy the URL that is generated.
    7. Select Submit.
