Add disclosure documents

  • Add secondary related or supporting documents for any disclosure that you create. Supporting documents for a disclosure report may include sustainability reports detailing environmental and social metrics, corporate governance documents illustrating governance structures, and third-party certifications validating a company's ESG performance. Additionally, relevant policies, such as those on ethics and supply chain practices, contribute to a comprehensive ESG disclosure.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_esg.admin or the owner of the disclosure

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Environmental, Social, and Governance > ESG Workspace > Lists > Disclosures > Narrative disclosures.
    2. Open the disclosure for which you want to add documents.
    3. Select the Documents related list.
    4. Select Add.
    5. On the form, fill in the fields.
    6. Select Save.
    7. To view the document details, select the document and on the Attachments side panel, the details are displayed.
