Create a product catalog to add your product offerings. As a provider, you can use the product catalog to define how you want to sell products to your customers.

The product catalog that the product offering is associated with appears in the form of a category in the service catalog on the customer's self-service portal. It groups similar product offerings that are targeted for a market or customer segment. A product offering becomes a catalog item in this category.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Product Catalog > Offerings > Product Offering Catalogs.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Number	ID of the product catalog.
   Name	Name of the product catalog.
   Description	Description of the product catalog.

4. Click Submit.

You can associate a customer contract with a product offering to trigger a Service Bridge entitlement, which pushes the product offering to the customer's instance. The offering catalog that the product offering is associated with appears in the form of a category in the service catalog on the customer's self-service portal. The product offering becomes a catalog item in this category.
