    • Create an approval configuration for a Sales and Order Management entity, such as quotes. An approval configuration contains the elements that you define to automate approval workflows: conditions that trigger approval workflows, approval rules, approval chains, and approval users and groups.

    Create an approval configuration

    Role required: sn_adv_appr_mgmt.approval_rule_admin,sn_adv_appr_mgmt.approval_rule_writer

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon .
    3. Navigate to Advanced Approvals > All Approval Configurations.
    4. Select New.
      1. Enter the Name of the approval workflow for a Sales and Order Management entity.
      2. In the Entity table field, select the CRM entity for the approval workflow.
        For example, if you're creating an approval workflow for quotes, select the Quote [sn_quote_mgmt_core_quote] table.
    5. Select Save.
      The approval configuration for the specified entity is created.
      Nota:
      A Sales and Order Management entity can have only one approval configuration.
