    Field Description
    Number System-generated unique identifier for the meeting record, starting with the prefix CCMTG.
    Source CRM touchpoint from which the meeting was created. Automatically populated when the meeting is created from a touchpoint record.
    State Current state of the meeting record. The available options are:
    • Draft
    • Scheduled
    • Completed
    • Canceled
    Meeting type Type of meeting. The available options are:
    • Ad-hoc
    • Weekly Status
    • QBR
    • Renewal
    Video software Video conferencing application used for the meeting.
    Cadence Frequency of the meeting. The available options are:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Biweekly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    Nota:
    Once saved, the cadence cannot be changed to none.
    Locations One or more physical locations or conference rooms where the meeting takes place.
    Virtual meeting Online gathering where individuals interact using video, audio, and chat via digital platforms, rather than meeting in a physical location. This option must be selected to mark the meeting as virtual.
    Meeting subject Title or topic of the meeting.
    Start date & time Date and time the meeting is scheduled to begin.
    End date & time Date and time the meeting is scheduled to end.
    Duration Length of the meeting expressed in days, hours, minutes, and seconds. Automatically calculated based on the start and end date and time values when you save the meeting.
    Invitees People invited to the meeting.
    Repeat until End date for the recurring meeting series. Available when a cadence is selected.
    Meeting link Unique URL with a hyperlink that enables participants to join a virtual video or audio meeting such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
    Agenda Meeting agenda shared with the customer when the invite is sent.
    Customer notes Notes or updates to share with the customer. This content is sent to the customer as an email.
    Internal notes Post-meeting observations and follow-up actions for internal teams.
    Field availability depends on the selected State and whether the Virtual meeting option is selected.
    • When State is set to Scheduled, the following fields become available: Invitees, Video software, Cadence, Location, Virtual meeting, and Meeting link.
    • When State is set to Completed or Canceled, the following fields become read-only: Meeting type, Video software, Cadence, Location, Virtual meeting, and Meeting link.
    • When State is set to Scheduled and Virtual meeting is unselected, Video software and Meeting link are unavailable.

    Agenda, Customer notes, and Internal notes fields support rich text formatting.
