Exploring the Employee Center for OT
The Employee Center for Operational Technology (OT) is a central location in the Employee Center where you can submit requests for industrial issues.
Employee Center for OT overview
The Employee Center for OT provides you with self-service options to deflect issues, and helps drive productivity and satisfaction by providing simple and immediate access to different resources that can help you manage
your OT system. You can use the Employee Center for OT for the following:
- Report an OT incident with an OT incident role
- Search for knowledge articles
The Employee Center for OT is available in the existing Employee Center.
Nota:
You can access it by navigating to and selecting the Industrial services tab. The following image shows the Industrial services page accessible from the Employee Center.For more information about the Employee Center, see Employee Center.
You can access the Employee Center for OT on both the desktop and the Now Mobile app experience. Providing both the desktop and mobile app experience helps different OT personas access the Employee Center for OT no matter their location.

| Report an OT incident without an OT incident role | If you're not assigned an OT incident role but still need to report an OT incident, you can do so in real time using the Report OT incident option. |
| Search knowledge articles | If you're looking for additional information, you can search for knowledge articles directly in the Employee Center using keywords. |
