  • Configure the Employee Center for Operational Technology (OT) so that you and other users can access the options available in the portal.

    Configuration overview

    1. To access the Industrial services page, assign the cmdb_ot_viewer role.

      Users must be assigned the cmdb_ot_viewer role to access the Industrial services tab of the Employee Center and successfully submit a request.

    2. Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management.

      Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management application needed to use the Report an incident request.

    3. Add more connected content to the Employee Center for OT.

      You can optionally add content to the Industrial services topic page as needed for your organization. For more information about how to add content in the Employee Center, see Add menu items to primary navigation.
