Configuration overview

1. To access the Industrial services page, assign the cmdb_ot_viewer role.

   Users must be assigned the cmdb_ot_viewer role to access the Industrial services tab of the Employee Center and successfully submit a request.

   For more information about how to assign roles, see Assign a role to a user.

2. Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management.

   Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management application needed to use the Report an incident request.

   For more information about installing and configuring the application, see Configuring Operational Technology Incident Management.

3. Add more connected content to the Employee Center for OT.

   You can optionally add content to the Industrial services topic page as needed for your organization. For more information about how to add content in the Employee Center, see Add menu items to primary navigation.
