    Tags enable you to filter entries in the Activity stream by dynamic and static states not offered in filter lists.
    Wichtig:
    Tags are not available until you configure and create them.
    Activity stream with tags

    Prozedur

    1. Open your Configurable Workspace experience in UI Builder.
      For instructions, see Open experience.
    2. Select a page from your experience.
    3. In the Content tree, select the Activity Stream component.
    4. From the Configure panel, select Tags to expand the section.
    5. In the Data Source field, select a data source for the tags.
    6. Select Add to create a new tag.
    7. Customize the tag in the Add Tag modal.
      Label
      Enter a label for the tag.
      Icon
      Select an icon for the tag.
      Color
      Select a color for the tag from the list.
      Table
      Select a table for the tag from the list.
      Description
      Enter a description for the tag.
    8. Select Save.
    9. Select the slider icon (Sliders icon) for a tag to edit it.
    10. Change the order displayed to agents by dragging tags with the drag dots icon (Drag dots icon).

    Ergebnisse

    All tags you created appear under the Tags section.
