Create a related task from a touchpoint

  • Create tasks directly from a touchpoint record to assign follow-up actions, track deliverable, and keep opportunities moving forward. Tasks are automatically linked to the touchpoint so all related activity stays connected.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon .
    3. Navigate to Touchpoints > All Touchpoints.
    4. Open a touchpoint record that you want to work with.
    5. Navigate to the Related Tasks tab and select New.
      The name of the tab depends on the entity associated with the touchpoint. For example, if Opportunity is the associated entity, then the name of the tab would be Opportunity Tasks.
    6. On the create new task form, fill in the fields.
      The task form depends on the associated entity. Currently, opportunity tasks are supported. For a description of the field values, see Create new opportunity task form.
    7. Select Save.
