Create tasks from a touchpoint record to capture and assign follow-up actions that support an active customer engagement. Tasks keep preparation work, stakeholder coordination, and post-interaction commitments visible and
trackable without leaving the touchpoint workspace. Create a related task whenever you need to assign discrete actions such as researching customer background, mapping stakeholders, or tracking commitments made during a call
or meeting before closing the touchpoint.

Open a touchpoint record that you want to work with.

Navigate to the Related Tasks tab and select New.
The name of the tab depends on the entity associated with the touchpoint. For example, if Opportunity is the associated entity, then the name of the tab would be Opportunity Tasks.

On the create new task form, fill in the fields.
The task form depends on the associated entity. Currently, opportunity tasks are supported. For a description of the field values, see
