    Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

    Procedimento

    1. Log in to the Business Portal.
    2. Select Requests > View submitted requests > View cases & tasks.
    3. Select My invoice cases from the Categories menu to view invoice cases.
    4. Select a case to view its state and other details.
