Prerequisites

- Define rack slots by creating or selecting a relationship type "Rack/Cabinet to Rack/Cabinet Slot" in network model relationships.
- Create or select an inventory template that includes the rack or cabinet model.
Practical Usage
- Initiate rack or cabinet creation based on models and templates to reflect accurate slot configurations.
- Add, edit, move, or remove equipment or shelves within racks or cabinets through change requests from the Network Inventory Workspace.
- Manage rack or cabinet lifecycle activities seamlessly within the application to maintain up-to-date inventory visualization and status.

Here you can observe the loading of equipment and shelves into the front and rear accessible racks or cabinets, with each item placed in its designated Rack Units.

Rack or cabinet visualization is a graphical representation of a datacenter rack or cabinet used to store and organize all equipment.
