Key Features
- Microsoft Intune Integration: Available from Madrid release for Mobile Agent and New York release for Now Mobile. Requires iOS Intune apps to be registered with Microsoft Entra ID starting in the second half of 2024 to ensure login functionality. Supports policy enforcement such as app protection without device enrollment, restricting copy/paste actions, attachment control, remote wipe, and Microsoft conditional access.
- BlackBerry Dynamics Integration: Available from Madrid release for Mobile Agent and New York release for Now Mobile. Allows management through BlackBerry Dynamics SDK with features including app protection without device enrollment, restricting copy/paste, attachment control, remote wipe, and dynamic VPN support.
- App Availability: ServiceNow mobile apps are publicly available on Apple App Store, Google Play, and BlackBerry Marketplace. Customers can use these directly or request custom branded versions reflecting their company identity.
- Policy Enforcement: Both MAM platforms enable administrators to set and manage security policies centrally via their respective management portals, ensuring data protection even on non-corporate devices.
- Bundle and Package IDs: To apply MAM policies effectively, administrators may need the specific bundle or package IDs of the ServiceNow mobile apps.

Microsoft Intune
Microsoft requires iOS Intune apps to be registered with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Microsoft Entra ID) in the second half of the calendar year 2024. Apps that are not registered will fail the Microsoft Intune login flow.
- Publicly distributed iOS apps must be registered in your Microsoft tenant after the build is created and before distribution of the app.
- Privately distributed iOS apps must get your Microsoft Entra ID administrator's consent. This can be done at any point in the app build process, but must be done before distribution of the app.
- Microsoft website explaining the requirement and the timeline.
- Microsoft Entra ID App Registration Mandate for iOS Intune Mobile Apps - Mobile Publishing (KB1640759). (You must have an account and log in to view this ServiceNow KB.)
