Establish a relationship between the ServiceNow users and the Hedera Guardian users.

Install the sn_esg_refi application.

Role required: sn_esg.admin

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Operational Sustainability Management > ESG Regenerative Finance > User Mappings.
2. Select New.
3. In the User field, select refi user.
4. In the Guardian user field, select registrant.
5. Select Submit.
6. Select New.
7. In the User field, select any user who has the sn_esg_refi.registry role.
8. In the Guardian user field, select registry.
9. Select Submit.
