Assistant analytics overview
Assistant analytics is a centralized dashboard experience within the Analytics tab of Assistant Designer. It's designed to help assistant administrators gain visibility into the performance of their AI-powered assistants across channels and workflows. It provides actionable insights into how assistants are being used, how effectively they are resolving user issues, and where improvements can be made to enhance the self-service experience.
By surfacing key metrics such as assistant usage trends, adoption and engagement, user sentiment, and assist consumption, Assistant analytics enables data-driven decisions that improve assistant configuration, asset design, and overall user satisfaction.
Assistant analytics users
Accessing the Analytics tab in the Assistant Designer requires you to have the virtual_agent_admin or sn_na_analytics.ai_engmt_viewer role.
