Find a space or user on a mobile interface

    • Quickly find a conference room, office, cubicle, or another employee in your organization on a mobile interface.

    Before you begin

    Procedure

    1. Tap the double chevron icon icon to expand the side tab.
    2. In the User/Space search field on the Spaces tab, enter the search criteria and tap return.
      Matching users and spaces are listed by current level, campus, and other campuses.
      In this figure, the user has entered Tiber in the search field. A space named Tiber is located in Building B - Floor 4.
    3. Perform one of the following options.
      ResultAction
      To see the space or user details Tap the link for the space or user.
      To see the location of the space or user on the floor plan Tap the pin pin icon icon, beside the link for the user or space.
