    Register device form fields

    Field Description
    Policy Name of the policy. This field is automatically set.
    Status Status of the policy.
    Created by Name of the person who created the policy.
    Date Date of the registration.
    Also owner Whether the registrant is also the owner of the device, with evidence provided.
    Production device details
    Name Name of the device.
    Device address Address of the device.
    Device postal code The postal code of the device's location.
    Device country Country where the device is located.
    Longitude Longitude coordinate of the device's location.
    Latitude Latitude coordinate of the device's location.
    TSO's ID Identification number assigned to the device by the transmission system operator.
    Installed capacity Installed capacity of the device, measured in kilowatts.
    Generating units Number of generating units in the device.
    Date commissioning Date when the device was commissioned or put into operation.
    Owner network Owner of the network to which the device is connected.
    Not connected If the Production Device is not connected directly to the grid - specifies the circumstances under which the device is not connected directly to the grid, and any additional relevant meter registration numbers.
    Volume evidence The expected form of evidence for the volume of production from the device.

    		 Specifies any additional information or details about the expected form of volume evidence.
    Energy sources
    Energy source Source from where the energy is obtained.
    Technology Technology used.
    On-site consumer present Option to indicate if on-site consumer present.
    On-site customer details Details of the customer.
    Auxiliary energy Option to indicate if auxiliary/standby energy sources are present.
    Auxiliary energy details Details of the auxiliary energy.
    Import energy Any details of how the site can import electricity by means other than through the meter(s) specified above.
    Tracking scheme Details, including the registration ID of any carbon offset or energy tracking scheme for which the device is registered. State ‘None’ if that is the case.
    Labelling scheme Labeling schemes for which the device is accredited.
    Public funding Option to indicate whether the device ever received public or government funding. For example, feed in tariff?
    Funding details If government funding has been received when did it finish?
    REC device verifier
    Effective registration date Requested effective date of registration.
    Nota:
    This date cannot be earlier than 12 months prior to submitting this form.
