The ServiceNow®
Talent profile application helps you get an aggregated view of different talent types at different touch points in the hiring workflow. Talent profile is a new application in the Zurich release.

* Make faster hiring decisions with a unified view of all talent types (applicants, employees, contingent workers, and alumni) in one place.
* Improve talent visibility for hiring by creating talent profiles and pools.
* Make better sourcing, screening, and interview management decisions across all talent types by tracking their past interactions with the organization.

## Activation and other requirements

Talent profile is available in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the "Activation information" section of these release notes.

:   Install Talent profile by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. :   Create talent pools to organize similar talent profiles in one place for particular hiring requirements. You can share and collaborate using talent pools and also send out communications to all talent profiles in the pool at
    once.

:   Use existing talent pools to associate suitable talent profiles from the pools to your talent pool.

:   As an owner of the pool or one of the collaborators, remove the talent profiles that are no longer required.
