The ServiceNow® Recruitment workspace application provides a flexible workspace for you as a recruiter to manage, prioritize, and perform your work. Recruitment workspace is a new application in the Zurich release.
About Recruitment workspace
- Assign a substitute on behalf of an interviewer when needed.
- Monitor interview health from the list view in Recruitment workspace.
- Plan your work efficiently with better visibility through KPI dashboard and list views.
- View and track job requisitions, applications, interviews, feedback, and more, all in one place.
- Collaborate with, send reminders to, and track the actions of all internal and external stakeholders directly within the application.
- Do all your work, such as managing job requisitions, interviews, talent pools, and more, in one centralized workspace, with streamlined sourcing capabilities included.
- Monitor and improve hiring efficiency by tracking key metrics and applicant feedback.

Activation and other requirements
- Activation information
Install Recruiter Workspace by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
- Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. The Hiring Core application must be activated.

- Substitute interviewer
- Substitute an interviewer for any interview on a job where you're part of the hiring team, from Recruitment workspace. You don't need to reschedule the interview or update invites.
- List view in Recruitment workspace
- Monitor interview health from the Needs attention list view in Recruitment workspace.
What's changed
- Get overview of recruitment workload
- View all the job requisitions where you're listed as an additional recruiter or recruitment coordinator, on the home page cards and list view in Recruitment workspace. Previously, only the primary recruiter saw these requisitions in Recruitment workspace.
