The ServiceNow®
Performance Analyzer application enables you to access page load time data, trends, and waterfall visualizations directly from your instance. It also helps you to identify page performance issues and bottlenecks in UX framework
pages independently. Performance Analyzer is a new application in the Zurich release.

## About Performance

* View a waterfall or request flows displayed as executions sequences in a structured tree-like timeline.
* Receive page load time data directly on the instance.
* Access aggregated metrics by application and routes.

## Activation and other requirements

Important:  
Performance Analyzer is available in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the "Activation information" section of these release notes.

Activation information

:   Install Performance Analyzer by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Upgrade information

### What's new {#performance-analyzer-rn-release__performance-analyzer-rn-new-features}

[Filter by duration](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=filter-application-metrics-by-duration&version=zurich&pubname=zurich-application-development&ft:locale=en-US)
:   Select a duration from the last fifteen minutes to the last seven days to view the aggregate data from that time period for each of your applications. The aggregate data includes total UI time, download time, trends, and a
    comparison to previous performance over that duration.

:   Select an application to filter metrics by total UI time and download time, as well as view page route performance.

:   Select a page route within an application to view interaction metrics including timestamps, interaction types, total UI time, download time, and record.
