Mentoring application is a platform that connects individuals seeking mentorship with experienced mentors. It creates a seamless experience for both mentees and mentors. Mentoring was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.

## Activation and other requirements

Important:  
Mentoring is available in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the "Activation information" section of these release notes.

Activation information

:   Install Mentoring by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. ### What's changed {#mentoring-rn-release__mentoring-rn-changed-features}

:   The multiple mentoring program enables mentor admins to configure multiple programs that can run at the same time. It enables admins to restrict access based on employee criteria. The multiple mentoring program enables
    employees to choose and enroll in available mentoring programs, edit their preferences, search for mentors, and send connection requests.

    To make a program visible in the Mentoring app, admins need to configure programs with the following information:

    * Short description
    * Long description
    * Employee criteria
