- Create a job requisition as a hiring manager

As a hiring manager, request a job requisition for a vacancy in your organization that you want to fill.
- Tracking a job requisition in the Hiring tab
- View the status and details of a job requisition, compare applications, and perform other actions as needed.
- Tracking an application record from the Hiring tab
- Track an application on a job requisition, provide recommendations for the application, monitor interviews and feedback, and more.
- Collaborate with the recruiter
- Engage with recruiters to collaborate and identify what needs your immediate attention, helping you manage job requisitions more effectively.

Activation information
Install Hiring tab by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. The Hiring Core application must be activated.
