The ServiceNow® Applicant Center application provides your applicants with a dedicated portal that has a seamless process and supports effective engagement with the stakeholders in the hiring process. Applicant Center is a new application in the Zurich release.

- Learn more about the role that you’ve applied for, the company, and its culture even before the interview stage, helping you better understand the opportunity from the start.
- View the hiring team, job description, and track multiple applications in one place. Communicate seamlessly with your recruiter for updates, questions, or support during the hiring process.
- Manage your interviews and related activities, such as selecting your preferred time slot or submitting reschedule requests, all within the portal.
- Experience a connected pre-hire journey by receiving and reviewing key notifications that keep you informed and aligned at every step of the application process.

Activation information
Install Applicant Center by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. Hiring Core must be activated.
