The ServiceNow® Advanced AI Search Management Tools application helps AI Search administrators analyze search query traffic trends, review indexed record and configuration settings, and preview search query results. Advanced AI Search Management Tools was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
About Advanced AI Search Management Tools
- Analyze search trends from the preceding six months using the AI Search Analytics dashboard
- Review key performance metrics and reports for your AI Search usage.
- Apply interactive filters to view performance analytics for individual search applications and to select the time frame to analyze.

Activation and other requirements
- Activation information
- Install Advanced AI Search Management Tools by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
- Additional requirements
- You must have the Usage Insights API application installed from the ServiceNow Store to use Advanced AI Search Management Tools.
Version 9.0
The September 2026 version 9.0 release removes unsupported legacy visualizations from the AI Search Search Profile dashboard.
What's deprecated or removed
- AI Search Profile dashboard
- The Searchable Documents and Documents by Search Source visualizations have been removed. These visualizations depended on scheduled jobs and legacy dashboard tables which are no longer available.
