Enable users to access the Supplier Collaboration Portal either by
configuring the user criteria or by running the fix script.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

To enable users to access the Supplier Collaboration Portal, do one of the following:

| Configure the user criteria for the Service Portal. | Complete these steps: 1.
