As an admin, you can create and modify ShoppingHub configurations to offer a
standardized experience.

To provide a better end-user experience, use the ShoppingHub configuration to create the
records. You can standardize the shopper experience procurement workflows such as request
modifications and sourcing checkouts. These records provide you more control and flexibility in
your business process.

When you enable Edit or Cancel configuration options, your shoppers can raise revision requests
in a self-service way from Service Catalog or ShoppingHub.
