Approve restricted caller access (RCA) privileges to enable cross-scope access to any errors generated when using the Negotiation event summarization for fulfillers skill.

## Before you begin

Role required: Admin

## About this task

RCA privileges define cross-scope access to an application, an event, or an application resource.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsApplication Restricted Caller Access.
2. In the Source Scope column search field, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">Now Assist for Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO)</kbd>.
3. For source scopes with the status Requested, select the source scope record and update the Status field to Allowed.
