Create a pipeline project manually to record project details that aren't automatically generated through an intake request.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_shop.procurement_specialist or admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Source-to-Pay Workspace.
2. Select the list icon (![List icon.]()) and do one of the following:  
   * Navigate to ListsMy workPipeline projects.
   * Navigate to ListsAll workPipeline projects.

3. Select New.  
   The Create New Pipeline Project form is displayed. For a description of the field values, see [Create New Pipeline Project form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/9Xy__pN2tRgrERvJ2nDWVQ "Use the Create New Pipeline Project form to provide details about the pipe project.").
4. Select Save.  
   The pipeline project is created in the Planned state.
