This agent is turned on by default. For more information, see Now Assist skills, agents, and agentic workflows on by default.

The Now Assist panel must be activated. See Activate Now Assist panel standard chat for more information.

    Role required: aia-admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Overview.
    2. Select the card for the agentic workflow that you want to configure and activate.

      • Use case Analyze vulnerability remediation status

If you want to modify this agentic workflow, you can duplicate it, adjust the settings to suit your specific needs, and activate the duplicate.

The Guided setup is displayed. The Describe and connect page is read-only.
    3. Starting with Yokohama Patch 11, follow these steps.
      1. Select the more options menu Indicates there are more actions available
      2. Select Duplicate.
All the information will be copied except any UI actions, and any triggers will be inactive. Change the new workflow’s description to clearly differentiate this workflow for the LLM.
      3. Select Duplicate in the modal to confirm your choice.
      4. Fill in the fields in the Guided Setup.

The sn_vul.vulnerability_admin and sn_vul.vulnerability_analyst roles automatically inherit the sn_vul_ai.write_rem_insights and sn_vul_ai.read_rem_insights granular roles. If you determine that you want more control over read and write access for the records on the Remediation Compliance Insights [sn_vul_ai_remediation_insights] caching table, these granular roles permit you to grant and deny access for viewing, creating, editing, and deleting records. The VR.System role also inherits these granular roles so background job execution for the workflow can occur.
      8. Select Save and Continue.
      9. Define data access by choosing the user identify this workflow uses for permissions and data access.
      10. Select Save and Continue.

      1. After you select the card for the agentic workflow that you want to configure and activate, select Continue.
      2. For Define trigger, select Continue.

If you determine that you want more control over read and write access for the records on the Remediation Compliance Insights [sn_vul_ai_remediation_insights] caching table, these granular roles permit you to grant and deny access for viewing, creating, editing, and deleting records.
