Project Portfolio Management application enables you to create and manage a wide range of planning items ranging from a few small tasks to large portfolios of projects. Project Portfolio Management was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.

* Move your old status reports to a new tool to maintain a consistent reporting process.
* Secure your projects with confidentiality settings to safeguard all confidential data.
* Build a checklist for your project tasks to track the task activities for completion.
* Inline edit one or more cells in child resource assignments.
* Explore the new heatmap modal to monitor resource status, available capacity, and utilization efforts.
* Identify similar demand records based on contextual similarity in the name, description, and business case content using the identify similar records Now Assist skill.
