The ServiceNow®
Partner Relationship Management application provides a unified workspace for sales, delivery, marketing and operations to help you manage the entire partner life cycle. Partner Relationship Management is a new application in the Yokohama release.

* Enable enterprises to gain real-time visibility into partner's performance and engage with the channel partner ecosystem.
* Enable channel partners to use the self-service Partner portal to register members, raise inquiries, and foster communication between the enterprise and partners.
