AI Analytics application helps Now Assist admins monitor the usage and performance of generative AI features and capabilities offered under Now Assist. AI Analytics was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.

AI Analytics is installed and updated when you install or update any Now Assist application. :   The Overall health dashboard page has been renamed to Usage and Adoption. The new page includes more indicators on usage and adoption of Now Assist.

AI Analytics features are available with activation of any Now Assist plugin from the ServiceNow Store.
