The ServiceNow®
Patient Support Services application streamlines the patient onboarding, education, and engagement for various patient support services. This application is currently supported for the Yokohama release, but it will be deprecated in a future release.

## Deprecations {#hcls-pss-rn__hcls-pss-rn-deprecations}

Starting with the Yokohama release, Patient Support Services is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer installed on new instances but will continue to be supported.
